I don't even know where to start! I sit here in my PJs still recovering from yesterday. I guess I'll just start from the top. We started off the day at 8 am sharp with a wonderful takeover by an author I didn't know, Rachelle Ayala. She did a great job opening up and I couldn't even believe how many came so early! I was so nervous I'd be chatting alone and at no point during the day did that happen! We ran all the way until 11 pm and I closed the night with some awesome giveaways, new project announcements, and more goodies! It was a freaking BLAST!
The BAP girls know how to throw a freaking killer party. They were great hosts even when people didn't show for their takeovers. Blogs are our friends, and BAPs is one of the best! Cat from the BAPs made beautiful banners for every single author that attending. I mean, mine's the best, but we all knew that! LOL Here are examples:
I couldn't believe the overflowing of support from everyone. Oh, and there were some new faces, too! Tons of readers I've never met before came to party and I'm so glad they did. I had hoped to make a video answering questions, but the group was so busy, I never got a chance! PS I will make the video still promise!
I dropped a new reader group that I am so excited to get flying off the ground. We're called Lavati's Lovely Reading Squad and this month we're reading A Reliant Love. We're going to pick a book a month and treat the ground kind of like a book club. It's open to anyone and everyone so if you're interested, pop by!
What else? Oh! There were tons of giveaways and some that are still open. I know all of mine are going to stay open until midnight tonight so if you haven't stopped by to enter, go by! There are signed paperbacks, tons of ebooks, swag and more up for grabs <3 GO!
Another bomb I dropped: I'm working on some For The Love of Ash spin offs books. I've already named on: For The Love of Hockey! See? I'm not totally mean! I listen to you guys a lot and try to make it work. But like what happened with A Reliant Love, I refuse to force something. But all of a sudden, Lindsay came to me and said "TELL MY FREAKING STORY!" So what am I to do? LOL Her story is being told and I can't wait to share more about the project when I know more!
LASTLY! I'm updating my store. Well, it's mostly updated! Check out all the new items. And for this month only, you can BUY signed paperbacks directly from me. They're 15 each and they come within a week of buying them! So head over to the store page (under extras) and start ordering. I only have a limited supply!
Check out the new merch below!

What Readers Have to Say...
"An absolutely heart wrenching read that shows us that at times no matter how much we hope, darkness will find its way to win. "
-Blogger's From Down Under for A Reliant Love
"So this book is the ultimate love story. I like how two ordinary people who is so different and still so alike in so many ways can overcome everything together."
-Angelica Berglund for For The Love of Hockey
"I never thought I would read a "zombie book", much less love one. The Last Legacy really surprised me. Even with the whole people-eating-people thing, it was a fantastic book"
-Melannie S for The Last Legacy
"I could not wait to start book two. If this book was as good as book one, then I knew I wouldn't be disappointed. It wasn't as good as book one...it was better. "
-Keely Retchloff for Finding Sam
"The powers, the love, the excitement, the drama kept me so enthralled. If you are looking for a GREAT series about true love and mythology, look no further... I wish I could rate 10 stars! Definitely recommend this whole series to all my book loving friends!"
-The Book Blog for A Curse Books Trilogy
"For the Love of Ash" by Taylor Lavati was a rare 5-star read for me. I honestly find many typical romances rather dull and predictable. This was not the case at all here; there was nothing average about the romance, overall storyline, and the long list of supporting characters."
-Summer's Book Blog for For The Love of Ash
"Wingless isn't what I would normally pick up and read, but thought I'd try it out and I am so glad I did. The characters and "worlds" she creates are done so well that you can actually picture them and feel like you are there right along with the characters."
-JLH for Wingless
